Provider eligibility

Partners must operate a legitimate beauty or wellness business and hold the licences required in their province.

Accurate business information

Salon name, address, contact details, opening hours and services must be accurate and kept up to date.

Deal accuracy

Every published deal must describe the actual service, duration and provider.

Real availability

Deals may only be published for appointment times that are genuinely available.

Pricing

The regular price must be the price normally charged. Inflated regular prices used to fake a discount are prohibited.

Booking obligations

Bookings received through the marketplace must be honoured at the advertised price, time and capacity.

Customer treatment

Customers booking a deal must receive the same standard of service as any other client.

Cancellations

Salon-side cancellations should be rare, communicated immediately and may trigger a customer Booking Fee refund.

Booking Fee structure

Euphoria Deals collects and retains a Booking Fee from the customer. The percentage is set by Euphoria Deals and is read-only in the partner portal.

Platform moderation

Deals, photos and salon profiles may be reviewed, edited or removed if they breach these terms.

Suspension

Repeated no-shows, misleading deals or unresolved disputes can lead to suspension.

Dispute cooperation

Partners agree to respond to refund and dispute reviews promptly.

Content and photos

Partners must own or have rights to the photos and text they upload.

Data and privacy

Customer information received through the marketplace may only be used to deliver the booked service.
