Marketplace role
Euphoria Deals is a booking marketplace. Services are performed by independent salons and providers, who are responsible for the service itself.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate account details and for activity on your account.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed when the Booking Fee is successfully collected and the salon slot is held.
Pricing
Regular prices, deal prices, discounts, capacity and appointment times are set by the salon and shown in Canadian dollars.
Booking Fee
Euphoria Deals collects a Booking Fee from the customer to secure the appointment. The fee percentage is configured by Euphoria Deals and cannot be changed by salons.
Salon payment
The remaining service balance is paid directly to the salon at the appointment.
Cancellations
Cancellations follow the Cancellation Policy published on this site and any additional terms displayed on the deal.
Refunds
Booking Fee refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.
Prohibited use
No fraudulent bookings, scraping, resale of appointments, harassment of providers or misuse of the platform.
Partner responsibility
Partners must honour published deals at the advertised price, time and capacity.
Reviews and content
Reviews must come from completed bookings and may be moderated or removed if they breach content rules.
Limitation and disclaimers
Euphoria Deals does not guarantee the outcome of a service performed by an independent provider.
Suspension and termination
Accounts may be suspended for breach of these terms or for suspected fraud.
Governing framework
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
